Holmes, Siberry, Turner to Headline National Tour of Spamalot

Richard Holmes, Michael Siberry, and David Turner will headline the national tour of Monty Python’s Spamalot, which will kick off on March 7 at the Colonial Theater in Boston. Among the other cities confirmed for the tour are Chicago, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and Atlanta.

In addition to Holmes (Sir Lancelot), Siberry (King Arthur), and Turner (Sir Robin), the tour will feature Bradley Dean (Sir Galahad), Tom Deckman (Historian), Jeff Dumas (Patsy), Pia C. Glenn (The Lady of the Lake), Christopher Gurr (Sir Bedevere), and Kevin Burrows, Kevin Crewell, Callie Carter, Tim Federle, Robyn Hurder, Naomi Kakuk, Amanda Kloots, Gavin Lodge, Nikki Long, Justin Patterson, Mia Price, Darryl Semira, Christopher Sutton, Esther Stilwell, Paula Wise, Brandi Wooten, and Craig Waletzko.

The tour will be directed by Mike Nichols, who won the 2005 Tony Award for the show’s Broadway production, which also won Best Musical. The creative team includes Tim Hatley (sets and costumes), Hugh Vanstone (lighting design), and ACME Sound Partners (sound design).

Holmes has starred on Broadway in The Pillowman, Cabaret, and Major Barbara. Siberry’s Broadway credits include The Sound of Music and The Merchant of Venice. Turner recently starred on Broadway as Winston in In My Life.
