Gerard Alessandrini, creator of the long-running Forbidden Broadway series, will host talkback sessions after performances of Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit on Fridays, January 20 and 27. A ticket to the show is required for admission to each talkback.

The show moved to the 47th Street Theatre in September; this edition spoofs such current hits as Wicked, The Light in the Piazza, and Doubt. Featured in the company are Jared Bradshaw, Jerry Christakos, Donna English, Jeanne Montano, and David Caldwell on piano.

The series launched in 1982 and has won numerous awards over the past 23 years, including the Obie, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Lucille Lortel. A separate production of Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit will begin performances at Boston's Huntington Theatre Company on February 14.
