Matthew Arkin, Heidi Armbruster, Christopher Curry, and Kathleen McNenny will star in the George Street Playhouse’s production of Donald Margulies’ Sight Unseen, to run January 20-February 15. The production will be directed by David Saint.

The play concerns Jonathan Waxman, a famous Jewish artist whose identity crisis leads him to reestablish contact with his now-married ex-lover, Patricia, the subject of his first great painting. Margulies won the Pulitzer Prize for Dinner With Friends; his new play Time Stands Still debuts in February at Los Angeles’ Geffen Playhouse.

The creative team includes Michael Anania (sets), Mimi Maxmen (costumes), and Christopher J. Bailey (light and sound). Saint is the theater’s artistic director and his recent credits include The Sunshine Boys, Falsettos, and Inspecting Carol.
