Stage and television star T.R. Knight will play Leo Frank in the Mark Taper Forum's upcoming production of the Jason Robert Brown-Alfred Uhry-Harold Prince musical Parade, to run September 24-November 15, with an opening set for October 4.

The show, which will be directed and choreographed by Tony winner Rob Ashford, will also star Lara Pulver as Lucille Frank, along with Brad Anderson, Michael Berresse, Will Collyer, Charlotte d'Amboise, Karole Foreman, Davis Gaines, Laura Griffith, P.J. Griffith, Curt Hansen, Deidrie Henry, Christian Hoff, Sarah Jayne Jensen, Lisa Livesay, Hayley Podschun, Rose Sezniak, David St. Louis, Phoebe Strole, Josh Tower, and Robert Yacko.

ABC and Knight recently officially confirmed that the actor will not return to Grey's Anatomy, the series he has starred in since 2005. His character, George O'Malley, was severely wounded in the final episode of the 2008-2009 season.

Knight's New York stage credits include Broadway revivals of Noises Off and Tartuffe and the Off-Broadway show Scattergood, for which he received a Drama Desk Award nomination. The actor is rumored to be heading back to Broadway later this season in Lend Me a Tenor.
