John Barrowman, Blythe Danner and Brian O’Byrne Cast in GIided Lilys Pilot

Stage star John Barrowman, Tony Award and Emmy Award winner Blythe Danner and Tony Award nominee Brian O’Byrne have been cast in the ABC drama pilot Gilded Lillys, according to Deadline.com.
The series is set in 1895 New York City and focuses on the opening of the city’s first luxury hotel.
Barrowman’s many stage credits include Sunset Boulevard and Putting It Together. He is well known for his work on the TV series Doctor Who and Torchwood.
Danner won the Tony Award for Butterflies Are Free. Her many stage credits include Betrayal, Follies, The Deep Blue Sea, and Moonlight.
Her film credits include Meet the Fockers and The Prince of Tides.
She received Emmy Awards for her work on Huff and Will & Grace, as well as nominations for Back When We Were Grownups and We Were The Mulvaneys. She currently has a recurring role on NBC’s Up All Night.
O’Byrne’s many stage credits include Doubt, Frozen, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, and The Lonesome West. His televsiion credits include Mildred Pierce and Prime Suspect.
