Keith Carradine Set for the TNT Pilot Gateway

Keith Carradine will star in TNT Western drama pilot Gateway, according to a report on Deadline.com.
The show is set in a Colorado town in the 1880s and centers on three brothers who step in to save it when their father, the town’s sheriff, is murdered. Carradine will a man, worn down by the hardships of the West, who takes on the role of a father figure to the late sheriff’s three sons
Carradine received a Tony Award nomination for his performance in The Will Rogers Follies. His other Broadway credits include Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Foxfire and Hair. Among his recent stage credits are A Lie of the Mind and Mindgame. He also won an Academy Award for Best Song for “I’m Easy” from Nashville, in which he also starred. Among his most recent film credits is Cowboys and Aliens.
