Julia Cho, Elizabeth Wong Set for Asian Pacific Friends of the Theatre Reception
Asian Pacific Friends of the Theatre will host an Artist Reception with playwrights Julia Cho and Elizabeth Wong, to be held at Taipan Restaurant at the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Los Angeles, on October 22 at 6:30pm.
The event will include a reception, buffet dinner, and an artist discussion and Q& A, which will be moderated by fellow playwright Prince Gomolvilas.
Cho’s plays include The Language Archive, The Piano Teacher, Durango, The Winchester House, BFE, The Architecture of Loss and 99 Histories. Wong’s works include Letters to a Student Revolutionary, Dating and Mating in Modern Times, China Doll, and Kimchee and Chitlins.
