Grammy Award-winner Mike Stoller will take part in a conversation with music industry executive Steve Barri on Thursday, May 31 at the Skirball Cultural Center.
Mike Stoller in Conversation with Steve Barri will discuss the songwriter’s life and career, from his work with Jerry Lieber to their long-running Broadway revue Smokey Joe’s Café. Following the talk, Stoller will sign copies of his book Hound Dog – The Lieber & Stoller Autobiography.
Stoller received a Drama Desk nomination for his music for the Broadway musical The People in the Picture, and his songs have also been featured in numerous Broadway shows including Million Dollar Quartet, and All Shook Up.
