Dreamgirls, Spring Awakening, Xanadu and More Set for OCPAC

The Orange County Performing Arts Center has announced additional selections for its 2009-2010 season. All performances will be in Segerstrom Hall.

Its Broadway series will include the national tours of the musicals Monty Python’s Spamalot (October 6-18), Spring Awakening (November 17-29), Xanadu (December 15-27), Dreamgirls (April 20-May 2), In the Heights (August 3-15), and Young Frankenstein (September 7-19).

The venue’s “Curtain Call” series will include The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber (February 16-21), Hairspray (April 6-11), and The Lion King (May 26-June 13).

In addition, OCPAC will offer the national tours of Rent (October 20-25), Annie (January 29-31), and Rain – A Tribute to the Beatles (March 22-29) as bonus events.
