Jane Lynch Joins A.C.O.D. Film

Stage veteran and Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch will co-star in the new film A.C.O.D., according to Deadline.com.

The actress will play a down-on-her-luck therapist in the comedy, which will be co-written by Stuart Zicherman and Ben Karlin, and directed by Zicherman, according to the site.

Lynch will be part of the upcoming all-star staged reading of Dustin Lance Black's play 8, to be held on March 8 in Los Angeles. Her stage credits include Love, Loss, and What I Wore, and The Brady Bunch Live!.

She currently plays Sue Sylvester on FOX's hit series Glee, for which she won the Emmy Award, and will appear in the upcoming film The Three Stooges.
