Scott Adsit, Edie Falco, Kyra Sedgwick Set for Columbus and Amsterdam Reading

Scott Adsit, Chris Bauer, Edie Falco, Dayle Reyfel, and Kyra Sedgwick will star in a staged reading of Eugene Pack’s new comedy, Columbus and Amsterdam, to take place at East Hampton’s Guild Hall on Friday, August 17 at 8pm. Bob Balaban will direct.
In the play, a chance encounter with a woman from their past inadvertently turns upside down the emotional and sexual lives of two Manhattan couples.
The evening will benefit Guild Hall and The Felix Organization/Adoptees For Children whose mission is to enrich the lives of children growing up in the foster care system.
Pack is the creator of the Drama Desk Award-winning Celebrity Autobiography, currently on a worldwide tour with a rotating line up of performers. He is also an Emmy Award-nominated writer and executive producer. He was nominated for Outstanding Writing for Variety, Comedy or Music for “America: A Tribute to Heroes,” which won the Emmy for Outstanding Special.
