Mamie Gummer Engaged to Actor Benjamin Walker

Actress Mamie Gummer, who is Meryl Streep’s daughter, is engaged to fellow actor Benjamin Walker, according to People Magazine.
The two met while performing in Dangerous Liaisons on Broadway in April 2008, and began dating a year and a half ago. Gummer’s other stage credits include Mr. Marmalade, Hunting and Gathering and Uncle Vanya with Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard at Classic Stage Company. Walker’s New York appearances also include the Broadway revival of Inherit the Wind with Brian Dennehy and Christopher Plummer.
