McElderry will perform the song "Time of My Life", the show's final number, with the cast. Before and after the performance, as well as at shows during the full week of September 24, there will be a bucket collection in support of the trust.

The singer/songwriter, who won the sixth series of the ITV show The X Factor, will release the album Here's What I Believe on September 10.
