The West End production of Grease will play its final performance at the Picadilly Theatre on April 30, 2011. Subsequently, the production will launch a U.K. tour, beginning with an engagement at the Edinburgh Playhouse on May 6.

In addition to this news, it has been announced that Matthew Goodgame will assume the role of Danny Zuko on September 27 and play the role through the production's closing. He is replacing Noel Sullivan who will continue tin the role through September 25. Jamie Capewell and Giovanni Spano will join the company alongside Goodgame, playing Kenickie and Doody, respectively.

The company also features Lauren Samuels (Sandy), Siubhan Harrison (Rizzo), Lucas Rush (Roger), Hayley Gallivan (Jan), Faye Brookes (Frenchy), Bennett Andrews (Sonny), Robyn Mellor (Marty), Michael Vinsen (Eugene), Susannah Allman (Patty), Kerry Winter (Miss Lynch), Stephanie Powell (Cha Cha), and Jason Capewell (Vince Fontaine).
