Arthur Miller, Stephen Sondheim, et al. Set for Open Air Theatre’s 2010 Season

The Open Air Theatre in London has announced its 2010 season.

Arthur Miller’s The Crucible will open the season in Regent’s Park, running May 24-June 19. That production will be followed by William Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors (June 24-July 31) and a version of Macbeth (July 3-July 31) that will be suitable for young audiences.

Finally, Timothy Sheader, artistic director of the theater, will direct Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s beloved musical Into the Woods (August 5-September 11).
