English Touring Theatre and West Yorkshire Playhouse are set to present Tom Stoppard’s The Real Thing, May 4-26 at West Yorkshire Playhouse‘s Quarry Theatre. Kate Saxon will direct.

The Real Thing follows Henry, a brilliant playwright. With his wife Charlotte in the starring role, his new play examines the complexity of love and infidelity. The cast will feature Sarah Ball, Sandy Batchelor, Gerald Kyd, Georgina Leonidas, Adam O’Brian, Marianne Oldham, and Simon Scardifield.

The design team will include Simon Higlett (set design), Paul Pyant (lighting design), and Mic Pool (sound design). Composer will be Dominic Haslam.
