With music and lyrics by Gabriel Kahane and a book by Seth Bockley, the show centers on denizens of the Brooklyn boardinghouse that flamboyant editor George Davis transforms into a bohemian commune for the leading lights of 1940s New York.

The company will feature David Costabile as Davis, Cristin Milioti as Carson McCullers, David Abeles as W. H. Auden, Andy Mientus as Chester Kallman, Santino Fontana as Benjamin Britten, Ken Barnett as Peter Pears, Bryce Pinkham as Reeves McCullers, Emily Swallow as Erika Mann, and Emily Young as Gypsy Rose Lee.
