Synopsis:
Food for Thought Productions is the primary company in New York dedicated to providing a venue for one-act plays. Its flagship series, Lunch Hour Theatre, launched in September 2000.

Lunch Hour Theatre began as the brainchild of playwright and Artistic Director, Susan Charlotte, to provide a home for the oft neglected one-act play, and to couple it with a light lunch.
