Dawn Wells, perhaps best known to television audiences as Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island, will star in the Chicago production of Love, Loss, and What I Wore, which has extended its engagement at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place through January 1, 2012. Wells will begin performances December 6, with additional casting to be announced.

Love, Loss and What I Wore is an intimate collection of stories by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron. The collection of vignettes and monologues is based on the best-seller by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons' friends. The play uses clothing and accessories and the memories associated with them to tell funny and poignant stories that women can relate to.
