Quiara Alegría Hudes, Teatro Buendía, Albany Park Theatre Project Set for Goodman Theatre's 2013 Latino Theatre Festival

World premieres by Pulitzer Prize-winner Quiara Alegría Hudes and Cuba's Teatro Buendía are on the line up for Goodman Theatre's 2013 Latino Theatre Festival, running March 22-June 30. Henry Godinez, the company's resident artistic associate, serves as festival curator.

The festival will include Teatro Buendía's production of magical realist play Pedro Páramo, based on Juan Rulfo's 1955 novel (March 22-31); Hudes' The Happiest Song Plays Last directed by Edward Torres (April 13-May 12); and Albany Park Theater Project's Home/Land (June 20-30).
