Cast, Creative Team Set for American Premiere of Seven Doors (Seiben Türen)

Full cast and creative team information has been announced for the American premiere of Seven Doors (Sieben Türen), October 5-November 2, in the Prop Theatre. Patrizia Acerra will direct Peter K. Jansen’s translation of Botho Straus’ dark comedy.

The play examines modern life and beyond with ten separate scenes, such as a couple who sit alone at their own wedding reception because they were too preoccupied with each other to invite any guests. The cast will feature Brian Conley, Robert Dean, Jeff Dolocek, David Ello, Lila Frazier, Hank Hilbert, Allison McGrath, Michael Norton, Gary Saipe, and Anna Stevens.

The creative team will include Carol Blanchard (costume design), Branford Chapin (sound design), Timothy Spencer (set design), and Mac Vaughey (lighting design).
