Tonight marks the official opening of Broadway's new revival of Sunday in the Park With George at the newly opened Hudson Theatre. With Oscar nominee Jake Gyllenhaal as Georges Seurat and Tony winner Annaleigh Ashford as Dot, Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Pulitzer Prize-winning musical has a 10-week run. Previews began February 11. The run is scheduled to conclude April 23. Sarna Lapine directs.

In addition to Gyllenhaal and Ashford, the cast features Tony nominee Brooks Ashmanskas (Mr., Charles), Jenni Barber (Celeste #2, Elaine), Tony nominee Phillip Boykin (Boatman, Lee), Mattea Marie Conforti (Louise), Erin Davie (Yvonne, Naomi), Claybourne Elder (Soldier, Alex), Tony nominee Penny Fuller (Old Lady, Blair), Jordan Gelber (Louis, Billy), Tony winner Robert Sean Leonard (Jules, Bob), Liz McCartney (Mrs., Harriet), Tony winner Ruthie Ann Miles (Frieda, Betty), Ashley Park (Celeste #1, Waitress), Jennifer Sanchez (Nurse), David Turner (Franz, Dennis), Max Chernin, MaryAnn Hu, Laura Irion, Tony nominee Michael McElroy, Jaime Rosenstein, Julie Foldesi, and Andrew Kober.
