Flashback Friday: When Sutton Foster Was Younger, on Broadway

This week's Flashback Friday spotlights three Broadway favorites: two-time Tony-winning Younger star Sutton Foster, Fun Home songwriter Jeanine Tesori, and It Shoulda Been You cast member Anne L. Nathan. Back in the day (2002, to be exact) the trio collaborated on the new Broadway musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. Foster played the title role and won her first Tony, Tesori wrote the songs (with Dick Scanlan) and received her second nomination, and Nathan created the first of several indelible characters she'd go on to play in shows like Assassins and Once.
