Raymond Bokhour and Roz Ryan will return to the Broadway production of the musical Chicago, at the Ambassador Theatre on February 24 and 28, respectively.

Chicago has been directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking. The creative team includes John Lee Beatty (scenic design), William Ivey Long (costume design), Ken Billington (lighting design), and Scott Lehrer (sound design).

Bokhour will play Roxie’s all-but-invisible husband, Amos Hart. 2011 will mark the actor’s ten-year anniversary as Amos — a role with which he made his Broadway debut in 2001 and also earned a Helen Hayes Award nomination. Robert Creighton, who is currently playing the part, will conclude his run February 22.

Ryan will play Cook County’s tough-as-nails prison warden, Matron “Mama” Morton. The actress is perhaps best known for her role as Amelia Hetebrink in the NBC series Amen, and has played “Mama” on Broadway and on numerous national and international tours since the late 1990s. LaVon Fisher-Wilson will conclude her run as Matron “Mama” Morton on February 27.

Chicago also currently stars Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Leigh Zimmerman as Velma Kelly and Brent Barrett as Billy Flynn. As previously announced, Christie Brinkley will make her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart beginning Monday, April 4.
