About This Show

Annex Theatre presents the world premiere of ATF: A Burlesque. Written and directed by Tom Wisely, it is an explosive pageant of all-American vice. A throng of rowdy performers satirize the hazardous yet holy cornerstones of American society: Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Drawing from a wide array of maverick influences and theatrical styles, Wisely and company spoof Uncle Sam and his shadowy bureau. Original music is provided by Pat Phlynn, with original songs by John Shores and Paul Gude. This program includes nudity, smoking, whip cracking, dry humping, dry heaving, loud music, congressional hearings, Ryder trucks, boxed wine, flying actors, bad dancing, torch juggling, riot gear, gun shots, strobe lights, foul language, live explosives, and a drunken cow. Enjoy at your own risk.

There is a special added performance on Wednesday, November 1 at 8pm.
