The Story

The Story by Tracey Scott Wilson is inspired by a real incident at The Washington Post in which a black reporter’s Pulitzer Prize-winning article about a set of inner city characters was discovered to be a lie. Wilson examines what happens to make an ambitious person cross the line between honesty and deceit. The Story is directed by David Charles Goyette, formerly African Continuum’s Associate Producer, now at Alaska’s Perseverance Theatre.
