Join The 21st Annual Helen Hayes Awards in honor and celebration of Washington theatre. Nominees’ Reception at the JW Marriott Hotel, 6:00 p.m., The Awards presentation at the Warner Theatre, 8:00 p.m., immediately followed by the annual Ovation Gala, Washington’s largest cast party, at the JW Marriott. In addition to stars of Washington theatre, legendary composer Jerry Herman (Hello Dolly, Mame, La Cage Aux Folles) will be on hand to receive The Helen Hayes Tribute.
