About the Show

Set in the waiting room of a rural train station, Black Milk follows two young Moscow grifters who travel to rural Russia to fleece the local peasants. Holly Twyford and Matthew Montelongo, who appeared together in last season’s Far Away, join forces again in this surprising and hard-edged look at post-communist Russian society. Vassily Sigarev’s play, is translated and directed by The Studio Theatre’s Associate Producing Artistic Director, Serge Seiden.
