A Raisin in the Sun

Set in Chicago’s South Side during the 1950s, A Raisin in the Sun gives passionate insight into the dreams and conflicts of three generations of the Younger family, three months after the death of the family patriarch. The struggles that threaten to tear them apart culminate in an inspiring, uplifting triumph over racism and despair.
