Victoria Jones and Amberley Ferrell direct Big, the musical adaptation of the 1988 movie that starred Tom Hanks. A twelve-year-old boy from New Jersey awakens to find his wish to be “big” has come true. To all outward appearances, he’s a 30-year old man. But inside, he’s still the adolescent kid with all the passions of a boy his age. The book is by John Weidman, with music by David Shire and lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr. Technical Design is by Amberley Ferrell, with choreography by Michelle Howard-Schwind. Scott Lewis conducts.
