About the Show
Once Upon A Mattress is a musical fairy tale based on The Princess and the Pea. Due to an unhappy curse, King Sextimus is unable to speak and his evil wife, Queen Aggravian, has taken over control of the kingdom. In an attempt to keep Prince Dauntless single, she has decreed that only a princess that can pass her test may marry her son. And until then, no one else in the kingdom is allowed to marry.Once Upon A Mattress is directed by Linda Smith.
