The Twilight Zone: Live!

About the Show

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man.
It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. Please join
Theater Schmeater October 8 through 30 as we enter the middle ground between light and shadow known as . . . the Twilight Zone.

“The Lonely”: Witness, if you will, a dungeon, made out of mountains, salt
flats, and sands that stretch to infinity. The dungeon has an inmate, James
A. Corry, a convicted criminal placed in solitary confinement here, nine
million miles from Earth. Now witness a man¹s mind and body shriveling in
the sun, a man dying of loneliness. James A. Corry is about to receive a
cure for that loneliness — but some cures can turn out to be worse than the
disease, especially in . . . The Twilight Zone.

“The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street”: Maple Street, USA, late summer. A
tree-lined little world of front-porch gliders, hop-scotch, the laughter of
children, and the bell of an ice cream vendor. At the sound of the roar and
the flash of light it will be precisely 6:43pm on Maple Street. What you
see before you is Maple Street in the last calm and reflective moments . . .
before the monsters came!

The Twilight Zone: Live! is created and written by Rod Serling, directed by Jerry Lloyd.
