FLAMENCO ARTS FESTIVAL PRESENTS
TABLAO ZANO FLAMENCO
October 10, 2026
About
Derived from the
Spanish word tablado (wooden
platform), the term tablao
refers to the traditional flamenco venue where dancers, musicians, and singers
gather to create a performance shaped by improvisation, artistry, and the
powerful exchange between performers.
Reimagined for today's
audiences, Tablao
Zano Flamenco draws inspiration from these intimate Spanish
venues while presenting the experience in a more theatrical setting. The
performance preserves the close connection between artists and audience that
defines the spirit of the tablao, with dancers, musicians, and singers sharing
the stage in a vibrant atmosphere of artistic collaboration.
No two performances are
ever the same. Each unfolds through the spontaneous interplay between the
artists, creating moments of authenticity, excitement, and emotional intensity
that invite audiences to experience flamenco as a living art form in the moment.
