Thank You Gregory–A Tribue to Legends of Tap

The Zellerbach Theatre presents Thank You Gregory–A Tribue to Legends of Tap. In a stunning tribute to the enormous talent and generous spirit that was Gregory Hines, Dance Celebration will assemble the current crop of the best tappers to honor the legends of yesteryear, including Bojangles, Fred Astaire, Howard “Sandman” Sims and Jimmy Slyde. Performed with live music, this dazzling show will feature a “challenge dance” finale. Created in conjunction with the New York International Tap Festival.
