About This Show

Love’s Labors Lost is a play with a storybook beginning. The King of Navarre and three courtiers foreswear love and all other earthly pleasures for three years to fast and study. Before the ink is dried upon their formalized contract, however, their monkish resolve is upset when the Princess of France and three of her ladies-in-waiting arrive at Navarre’s court on a diplomatic mission. It’s love at first sight for all concerned.
