About This Show

Gerald Moon’s fiendishly funny comedy thriller takes place in 1936 London, at the time when Edward VII is getting ready to abdicate the throne. An out-of-work actor devises what he feels is a foolproof scheme to get his hands on his wealthy identical twin’s fortune. Pulling it off requires murdering the brother, so he hires a down-on-his-luck retired major in the Irish army to do the job. Of course, things don’t go as planned, the actor’s nosy landlady gets in the way, and the characters aren’t always as they first appeared. There are clever plot twists in the style of Sleuth and Deathtrap, with a touch of farce thrown in for good measure.
