Bat Boy: The Musical

Bat Boy: The Musical is based on the half-bat, half-human character whose escapades have been regularly covered in the supermarket tabloid, Weekly World News. It follows his life after he leaves the cave and attempts to find acceptance in small-town society. The score draws from all musical styles, using pop, rap, gospel, tango and others. Catchy rock-inspired anthems accompany traditional melody-heavy pieces, resulting in a campy, colorful comedy.

Opening night performance is on Wednesday, May 21 at 7pm.
