The Pleasant Show is a variety show, consisting of comedy sketches, music, dance, and assorted entertainments to delight, amuse, and titillate. Pleasant Show performers include several members of The Lobster Quadrille; former members of obscure sketch comedy slackers The Blackwater Ensemble; actual professional acting types (slumming it with us hobos), and rank amateurs with no experience at all doing anything like this ever. The Pleasant Show is fizzy.
