The Hamptons Shakespeare Festival presents Shakepeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream for its 10th anniversary season of theater under the stars. Director Jesse Berger captures the fun and enchantment of this romantic comedy by setting Oberon and Titania’s fairy world in an abandoned carnival site that comes alive with Jazz Age costumes and music. When four lovers enter this fairground after fleeing their 1950s Long Island town, magic and romance collide with hilarious consequences.
