Global Gab: Mental Health for Immigrant Artists

On November 30th, 7:30pm, we have invited mental health professionals, who are immigrants themselves, to teach us how to ensure our mental health is well-taken care of. Let’s come together as a community and make sure everyone’s mental health is in tip-top condition.

Being far away from home, scrolling through social media feeds of others with their families, this pandemic making flying home extra hard… All these stressors are here to stay.

Only when we prioritize taking care of ourselves, then we will be able to create work which showcases the best of us.
