Fisher Center and Bard SummerScape present Bitter Sweet, by Noël Coward, conducted by James Bagwell, directed by Michael Gieleta, arranged by Jack Parton, with choreography by Christopher Caines.

Bitter Sweet is the story of a young opera singer who falls in love with her voice teacher and goes on to make a career of singing his music–but at a heartbreaking personal cost. The incomparable Noël Coward wrote the music, book, and lyrics, and directed the London and Broadway premieres in 1929. Famous songs from the score include “I’ll See You Again” and “If Love Were All.”
