Tickets for the 97th Annual Salute to Magic will be available on Saturday, April 8, at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center Box Office (12pm to 8pm). Telephone orders can be made at (212) 220-1460. Walk-in Sales and telephone orders may be processed with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. For telephone orders there is a $2.50 processing fee per ticket. All sales are final.

Now in its 97th year, the Society of American Magicians Annual Salute to Magic, the oldest annually produced magic show in the United States, brings the best in magic from around the world to the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. See birds appear from nowhere, witness mental mysteries that defy logic, laugh at wacky magical comedy, and much more. This is a show not to be missed.

Starring in this year’s production honoring Sam Schwartz as Magician of the Year are:

Gene Anderson – the undisputed master of newspaper magic and emcee extraordinaire
Norbert Ferré – the 2003 FISM Grand Prix Winner in Stage Magic
The Evasons – the world renowned mentalist duo described on NBC’s World’s Greatest Magic as “the finest act of its kind in the world”
George Saterial – 1999 SAM & IBM Gold Medal Winner in Stage Magic
Levent – top cruise line comedy magician
Chris Capehart – legendary New York City street magician
David Garrity – master stage illusionist from IllusionQuest
