Sh-K-Boom Room Summer Concert Series

The Sh-K-Boom Room Summer Concert Series features New York’s hottest young stars and composers performing their own pop and rock music over the course of two weeks at the Zipper Theater. The festival opens with two Sh-K-Boom Development Night presentations of Jeremy Schonfeld’s Drift and continues with performances from Alice Ripley (Side Show, The Rocky Horror Show), David Yazbek (composer of The Full Monty), and the band Slowneck (featuring playwright Adam Rapp) among others, plus a Songwriter’s Circle with Tom Kitt, Paul Scott Goodman, and more. Closing night on July 28 is a special Sh-K-Boom Room event featuring Sh-K-Boom artists Adam Pascal, Sherie Rene Scott, Alice Ripley, and Michael Cerveris and hosted by Mario Cantone.
