Rooms

A rock romance, Rooms centers on songwriting partners Monica Miller and Ian Wallace, who meet in Glasgow, Scotland in 1977. Monica is a middle-class Jewish girl interested in the bright lights of Broadway while Ian is a working-class rock-and-roll Catholic boy. Their music takes them from Glasgow to London to New York. Though Monica longs to see every room in the world, Ian is happy with four walls, a window, his music and a scotch.

Rooms features Jeremy Kushnier (Broadway: Footloose, Rent; Tours: Aida) and Natascia Diaz (Broadway: Man of La Mancha, Seussical, Capeman; Off-Broadway: Jaques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris; tick, tick…Boom!; Saturday Night; Bright Lights Big City). With music & lyrics by Paul Scott Goodman and book by Goodman & Miriam Gordon, Rooms is directed by Scott Schwartz.
