About This Show

Winner of the Australian Writer’s Guild Award for Best Stage Play, Two takes place in a ravaged German town just after the war. Rabbi Chaim Levi, who has lost his entire concregation to Hitler’s atrocities, ekes out a living teaching piano-until mysterious Anna comes to town and asks him for lessons. They have little in common, but as they study the intricacies of the language and classical music, they grow closer and reveal some dangerous and painful secrets. Eventually, they help each other to reconcile the ghosts of their pasts.
