Treasure Island, by Robert Louis Stevenson, is presented by the Manhattan Children’s Theatre.
Teased by her sister for liking a “boy’s story,” Jenny dreams of a world where she becomes the famous, Jim Hawkins, the young treasure-hunter of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic, Treasure Island. In this adaptation, music, movement and imagination combine to create a dream-like retelling of that famous story–a place where girls can play pirates, where the heroes and villains dance as they fight, and where the adventure is a better reward than the treasure.
Manhattan Children’s Theatre is located on the 4th Floor.
Suitable for children 6 and up.
