About This Show

Phoenix Theatre Ensemble presents Franz Kafka’s The Trial, directed by Eve Adamson.

Joseph K wakes up one morning and is arrested. Try as hard as he can – he can’t learn why he has been arrested. However, everyone he meets is mysteriously connected with The Court and seems to know more about “his case” than he does. Suspected, questioned, and ultimately abandoned, Joseph K finds himself lost in a labyrinth of misguided power. Funny, bizarre and terrifyingly contemporary — an unforgettable theatrical experience.
