About This Show

A unicorn-worshiping tribe celebrates their god as they tell a highly-condensed version of the animal’s history dating back to 398 BC. This is a highly aesthetic work often referencing historical works of art depicting the unicorn, most notably “The Unicorn Tapestries” that can be found right here in New York City. The piece features original music, composed in a wide variety of styles in order to reflect different time periods, often featuring ritualistic forms.
