The Fall of Eve and Adam

About the Show

Scheherazade Productions presents a feminist take on the classical Biblical story with The Fall of Eve and Adam As Related by Those Who Were There When It All Began.

In an unnamed narrator’s living room, sometime in the 21st Century, Eve, Adam, God and The Devil come together to examine the circumstances that got the world’s first couple kicked out of paradise. Judith Roberts Seto offers a feminist and humorous slant on how attitudes toward women have changed over the years through the readings of works by such authors as John Milton, George Bernard Shaw, Mark Twain, Arthur Miller, Katha Pollitt, Virginia Adair and more. The play is directed by Ms. Seto, with incidental music composed by Clay Zambo.
