About the Show

Created in 2001, spurn continues to present madcap whimsy the likes of which America has never seen. Disturbing and hilarious, spurn is a dark carnival of pathos and merriment. They have been favorably compared to Monty Python, Kids in the Hall and the 1963 World’s Fair. Their signature blend of bitter angst and sharp social commentary goes down easy and works with Atkins. And they’re funny.

“leave[s] the audience gasping for breath between guffaws as relentlessly funny skits whip past.”
— The Village Voice
